At Ekeko Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted artisanal fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
